Candidate for Mayor
This candidate hasn’t listed a campaign website or social account with the Town. That says nothing about them as a candidate — it just means less of their material is published online for us to summarise.
Every candidate in this race is shown against the same 16 issues, in the same order, whether or not we’ve found something for each one. Why we do it this way.

What happens to my tax bill, and where does the money go?
Norman Raynor pledges zero tax increases, leaner overlapping government, and open meetings.
“I will work to make sure we have no tax increases. I will trim budgets if need be to achieve a zero tax increase. I will only support needs not wants.”

Will there be a doctor and a hospital when we need one?
Norman Raynor wants a bigger South Muskoka hospital than MAHC's plan, restored obstetrics and ALC beds, and opposes the Pine Street site.
“I will fight to get the best possible hospital for Bracebridge. I will have regular discussions with MAHC to restore services such as obstetrics, and ALC beds to our hospital.”
