Garry BeggBC NDP

Candidate for Surrey-Guildford

In their own words

This candidate hasn’t listed a campaign website or social account with the Town. That says nothing about them as a candidate — it just means less of their material is published online for us to summarise.

Where they stand

Every candidate in this race is shown against the same 12 issues, in the same order, whether or not we’ve found something for each one. Why we do it this way.

In Surrey, I’ll support our party’s plan for timely diagnosis and emergency care at Surrey Memorial.”

“I will work to lower costs and improve access to care. The BC NDP plan would suspend 10 cents per litre of fuel tax, curb excessive pump price gouging and cap grocery profits on essentials. Grocery savings could reach $700 a year. Saving at the pump would come to 30 cents a litre. I will support keeping ICBC rates frozen through 2030.”
