Mitchell Shea wants a year-round economy with fewer permit delays, local food and rural connectivity.

• Wants an economy that runs all year: cut permit delays and zoning fights so people can run a business, take a trade job and work from home in February, not just July.
• Food grown here, eaten here: let farms sell what they grow without a zoning fight; get Muskoka-grown food onto local menus and shelves; keep farmland farming.
• Wants infrastructure that reaches residents: cell towers where calls drop, fibre down back concessions, 5G, reliable power, and roads and bridges kept ahead of failure.

Mitchell Shea wants clean water protected through less road salt, septic upgrades and lake-sized development.

• Clean water because it is everything: less road salt, real help for septic upgrades and natural shorelines.
• Development sized to what the lake can handle.
