Candidate for Councillor - Ward 14 (Toronto-Danforth)
This candidate hasn’t listed a campaign website or social account with the Town. That says nothing about them as a candidate — it just means less of their material is published online for us to summarise.
Every candidate in this race is shown against the same 16 issues, in the same order, whether or not we’ve found something for each one. Why we do it this way.

When I call for help, will it come fast enough?
John Kladitis says the 955 Queen St E supervised consumption site operated too long without resolving drug use and discarded needles.
“The supervised consumption site at 955 Queen Street East became a source of significant neighbourhood concern, including issues with public drug use and discarded needles. The site was allowed to operate for too long without adequately resolving these major problems.”

Can I get where I need to go without driving?
John Kladitis would insist on above-train-height sound barriers for the above-ground Ontario Line if noise becomes a problem.
“If the noise does become a problem, I will vigorously insist that sound barriers be extended above train height or partial or fully enclosed sound barriers be installed, depending on which option is best for the near-by neighbourhoods.”

Will decisions be made in the open, and will anyone answer for them?
John Kladitis created a 165+ member Toronto-Danforth Residents WhatsApp group as a hub for concerns, ideas and common priorities.
“Rather than relying on one politician to speak for more than 100,000 residents, I created the Toronto-Danforth Residents WhatsApp Group, already operating with more than 165 members and growing. It's a central hub where residents can raise concerns, exchange ideas, share neighbourhood information and identify common priorities.”

Candidates and members of the public can both report a correction. Every one is logged and answered, and corrections about a candidate’s own positions get priority.
