Growth & development
How fast should we grow, and who decides what gets built where?
Jiang would reduce barriers to development for housing and commerce while building a city with beauty, businesses and third places.
- Build a city worth loving: beauty, businesses, third places and a full life after school are not extras – 'they are why people choose a place'.
- Reduce guard-rails that get in the way of development for housing and commerce/job creation.
